What to do to help bring on labor?

I'm currently 37 weeks 2 days pregnant. I started dilated at 31w 1d and was put into the hospital at 31w 4d because they couldn't get my labor to stop. I'm having a little boy and he had steroid while I was in the hospital. I'm currently measuring 10 weeks ahead. I'm extremely low and miserable. When I was checked last night I was dilated to 4 and 70% effaced. Help please!!
