Okay to throw someone off a plane because he wouldn't pull his pants up?

Yes it is ok. The pilot is the captain of his ship (plane). He and his crew can make decisions on how they are treated, how people dress, and whether anyone's attitude warrants being allowed to remain on the flight.....all for the safety of the other passengers.
