Are black skinny jeans okay for business casual attire?

I have a job interview tonight with a marketing company and the receptionist told me to dress business casual. I was planning to wear a nice white blouse with a dark grey shirt underneath paired with black skinny jeans and black tie flats. I'm worried that the skinny jeans are too casual; however, I don't own any dress pants or skirts.
