38 weeks pregnant, contractions 10 min apart but weak for 3 days now and no baby.?

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant, I`ve been having contractions but they aren`t painful just uncomfortable. Its been about 3 days since they started. I have a 2 year old son and when I went into labour with him my water broke and I had him the next morning. With this one they seem very regular but not strong at all and not getting stronger or closer. Is there anything I can do to speed this along? I havent slept in 3 days and am very uncomfortable. I would really like for them to pick up and my baby to be here. Any advice?
