36weeks 2days could i be in labor!!?

Hi!!! 36weeks 4cm with lots of back and plvic pressue what should I do I just had appinment today now really confuszed and worry wasn't really told much should I wait tell my water brakes to go L&D or go get seen again today!!! Ugh in pain
