Is it illegal for young teenagers (13 to 16) to work graveyard shift in the U.S?

I been trying to look up the laws for child labor. Apparently it may be true that teenagers can work graveyard shift, but all the search results I been getting are dangers and risks about teenagers working during school time. I wondering if there are boundaries, and also if its illegal in some states, or neutral throughout the whole United States.
