How do men feel about being in subordinate positions to more feminine men?

The degree of femininity a boss displayed wouldn't be a concern to me, If a boss did have a strong feminine mannerisms, I would not feel that my masculinity was being threatened . How a boss treated me would determine the the way I felt, responded and acted toward that boss. Put simply, masculine or feminine, if the boss was a d*ckhead, then I'd treat him like a d*ckhead.
