Was Rush Limbaugh right to blame women for the sex scandals in Congress?

I think he has fallen out of touch for sure. I was listening to one of his shows were he called mechanics and roofers hillbilly hicks. And that he tail gates anyone that drives a fuel saving car because there environmental wackos. I'm not a environmental wacko i just drive a small car because i cant afford $5 a gallon for gas in a 8 mile a gallon tank. And Mechanics, roofers, and any other hard working tradesman is just trying to service and take care of there family's.
