Black boys: What is your definition of "masculinity"?

Apparently, some black boys think they're more masculine than white men which completely dumbfounds me. I mean, what do you consider masculine? Killing someone? I'll tell you what I consider masculine: having a job and sticking around to take cafe of your wife/girlfriend and/or children and being a role model for them. Unlike white men, black boys aren't exactly known for that.
