I have a few questions about working for Dish Network?

I had an interview at Echo-Star in Harlingen, TX on 6/09/2011. I went through the computer test, the voice test (speaking into the microphone), two interviews with the managers. And then I was drug-tested. But does that mean that they will hire me or at least thinking about hiring me? I know minimum age says 18, but I am 17, and my birthday is 7 weeks away. I wore business casual attire, and acted professionally, but do you think that was good enough? I have stressed about getting this job, because to me I take everything and every opportunity that comes my way very important and seriously. Thanks for any advice or thoughts.
