I am looking for a vacation that lets you live the pioneer lifestyle...think Laura Ingalls Wilder...I know all about the Laura Ingalls Highway and historic museums...and as much I do plan to do that someday...I am more interested in something just in that style but more hands on. I want to have rustic accomidations, wagon trains, and themed attire. I want to dress/live/travel like they did in the pioneer days...I need family friendly as I have 3 kids I am taking with. I want eduational and fun...crafts...one room school house...little city church...the whole atmosphere! Where can I go to get something like that? Any ideas?
